Containly 2.6.1: collapsed groups and phone fixes

Containly 2.6.1 is a small update to 2.6.0, mostly for phones.

Changed

Groups start closed. When you group a list by stack, host, image, driver or resource type, you first see only the groups with their counts. A tap opens a group. "Per page" then counts groups.
Images grouped by image across hosts. Under All hosts, alpine on five hosts is one group, and every row shows its host.
Dropdowns on one row. View, Sort and Per page sit side by side on phones, in German and Spanish too.

Fixed

The dashboard could scroll sideways on phones when an event contained a long text without spaces (for example an image reference with a digest). Long names and references now wrap inside their cards.
